Educational Advising/Information Centers exist to advise potential international students on higher education and study opportunities in the United States. They exist almost in nearly all countries around the world These centers are designed to provide you with information and resources on any matter related to education abroad.
More specifically, Educational Advising/Information Centers:
- Provide potential students with information & resources on education, scholarships, training and courses available abroad and online
- Help students to contact and communicate with universities/schools abroad
- Organize lectures of guest speakers from abroad on different themes pertaining to education and culture in other countries
- Provide information on scholarship/fellowship opportunities
- Provide assistance to potential students on admission issues and test preparation
- Coordinate alumni activities
- Provide information on professional graduate degrees including MPA/MPP programs, financial assistance options, cost of education, application process, choosing degree programs and other related issues.
