How to Use the Database
"Find a School" section is tailored to facilitate your search for MPA/MPP programs that best match your interests and career goals. You can search for MPA/MPP degree programs by
- keyword
- location including U.S. regions and U.S. states
- type of degrees offered &
- by fields of specializations available.
In order to make the search functions friendly for international students, the regions of the U.S. have been divided into four distinct parts: Eastern United States, Western United States, Mountain Region and Western United States. Please note that such a division of the U.S. into regions is arbitrary and done for the sole purpose of making the search function by location helpful for international students.
You can choose more than one type of degree and fields of specialization using the CTRL key. Please note that the types of degrees offered are grouped into more general categories to make the search function easy to use. On individual pages of each MPA/MPP program you will find more detailed description of the degrees offered and fields of specialization available.
You also have the ability to sort out the search results by name, location, degrees offered and fields of specialization. Please explore individual pages of each MPA/MPP program to find out specific details about the curriculum, tuition and cost of living, funding opportunities, accreditation, most frequent employers hiring graduates, contact information and etc.
